If you decide within 14 days of purchase that the item is unsuitable, you may return it to us for exchange or credit, providing that both the product and packaging are unused and in complete, saleable condition.

You will pay for the cost of posting unsuitable items back to us. If we exchange the items, we will dispatch the replacement free of charge.

If you find the item to be faulty, please return it to us as soon as possible. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will exchange it or offer you a refund, on both the item and your postage costs. If we find the problem to be as a result of misuse, we will contact you to discuss the situation.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Sales Office on 0114 2756700, within 7 working days of placing your order. If payment has already been taken, we will organise for you to be credited for the full amount.

If your item has already been dispatched, please return it to us within 7 working days, ensuring that both the product and packaging are unused and in complete, saleable condition. We will then organise for you to be credited for the full cost of the item, but you will pay for the initial delivery and subsequent return of the item.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
